Rapid Truck Recovery ("we," "us," or "our") operates a transportation coordination tool that helps users identify the nearest commercial airport and obtain ride estimates to that airport. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service.

• Location data – Street address, city, and state entered by the user to determine proximity to airports. This information is not stored after the request is completed.
• Geocoded coordinates – Latitude and longitude derived from the entered address, used solely to calculate airport distances and obtain ride estimates.
• Usage data – Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) retained for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes.

We do not collect names, email addresses, payment information, or any personal identifiers unless you explicitly contact us.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information you provide is used exclusively to:

• Identify the nearest commercial airports to your entered location
• Request ride price estimates from Uber via their Guest Rides API on your behalf
• Display results within the application

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the immediate service request.

4. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with the following third-party providers:

• Uber Technologies, Inc. – We send pickup and dropoff coordinates to Uber's API to retrieve ride price estimates. Uber's use of this data is governed by Uber's Privacy Notice.
• OpenStreetMap / Nominatim – Used for geocoding entered addresses. Data is processed per the OSM Foundation Privacy Policy.
• Google Maps Platform – Used for address autocomplete. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party beyond what is necessary to provide the above services.

5. Data Retention

Address and coordinate data entered by users is not stored in any database. It is processed in memory during the request and discarded immediately after results are returned. Server access logs are retained for up to 30 days and then deleted.

6. Cookies

Our application does not use cookies or any persistent tracking technologies. No tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or analytics scripts are deployed on this service.

7. Children's Privacy

This service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit, including HTTPS encryption. Since we do not store personal data, the risk of a data breach affecting user information is minimal.

9. Your Rights

Since we do not retain personally identifiable information beyond active server logs, there is generally no personal data to access, correct, or delete. If you have a specific concern, please contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
